Sachins owner and chef, Bob Arora made Mirchi Lassoni Chingri 9 Garlic and chilli scottish prawns with papaya, cucumber and mango with an orange and cinnamon serving sauce followed by Masala Shikiri Aur Chukandar - Grouse with baby spinach, red wind and masala beetroot sauce accompanied by chick pea, paneer and spinach tikka served with Jeera Pillau rice. Boasting an impressive three decades of culinary service to the North East, Sachins restaurant is pushing their boundaries in 2010 and taking their notoriously tasty Punjabi cuisine outside their comfort zone. For 28 years, Forth Banks has been the residence for the successful Indian restaurant, but this year has seen owners Bob and Neeta Arora and their team go on the road. Customers can now not only enjoy the exquisite tastes of Sachins in the stylish city centre building, they can serve it to their guests at their most important occasions. An outside catering menu has been developed and the ambitious team at Sachins has successfully launched this arm of the business to an eagerly awaited audience.

This is not the first venture outside the restaurant walls. The restaurant has gone from strength to strength this year, beginning 2010 by being invited to sell their specialities in Fenwick Food Hall. Encouraged by the success of this collaboration, Sachins have taken their delectable recipes and branched out to outside catering.
The capabilities of the Sachins brand as a culinary team know no bounds and they have proven to have ability to cater for anything from 50 to 1000 guests.

With the ability to cater to specific tastes, the team at Sachins will be there to provide an array of exotic cuisine for guests. Inspired by dishes from India and created by a masterful team of chefs, Sachins do not over season or use spice heavily however they still manage to create food that is distinctive and true to its Punjabi origins. Serving only the finest meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes, they realise that there is a need for variety to suit everyone’s individual tastes.
