The Doctor Who exhibition comes to the Life Science Centre in May 2010. Book your tickets to explore the weird and wonderful world of the nation’s favourite Time Lord. Get up close and personal to many of the monsters, creatures, props and costumes from the show.

Visit the Doctor Who exhibition from May 2010, where you'll come face to face with monsters, spectacular props and costumes from the hit BBC show. This fantastic opportunity allows you to see genuine items from the programme. Do you dare to get close to your favourite creature? There are plenty to choose from: the Sontaran, Absorbaloff, Ood, Judoon, Autons, the Cybermen or the infamous Daleks. You'll get a chance to sneak a behind the scenes peek at how the monsters are made and of course, the TARDIS! The exhibition is set to showcase many of the items from the new series starring Matt Smith, after they have been seen on screen.

The Doctor Who Exhibition features many genuine props, costumes and monsters from the hit BBC television series.
A visit to the exhibition is a fantastic opportunity to see first-hand some of the actual creatures featured in the show, such as Cybermen, Sontaran, Absorbaloff, Ood, Judoon, Autons and the famous Daleks. Visitors will also see many of the stunning costumes and spectacular props, a behind the scenes look at making monsters and, of course, the TARDIS! The exhibition will also feature props and items from the new series in 2010, starring the new Doctor, Matt Smith - once they've been seen on screen. Please note: This exhibition features sound effects and strobe lighting

A fun filled rainy day out for young and old

The Centre for Life is a science centre located in the city centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, The Doctor Who exhibition at the centre for life was great, the exhibition area for this was jam-packed with recognisable characters passed and present, they had buttons to press which activated sound and lighting on some of the exhibits’. My (almost) 4-year-old nephew loved this so much I found it difficult to get him to leave; the only thing that worked was me promising to take him back next week. As it happens, you can buy an annual pass for £21.50 and get the price you paid for your ticket for the day deducted (£9.95) also 4 years and under are FOC.
